Pie Filling (any flavor) 1 can for an 8″×8″ pan OR 2 cans for a 9″×13″ pan
Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix 1 box for an 8″×8″ pan OR 2 boxes for a 9″×13″ pan
Butter ½ – ¾ stick
Sugar To taste
Cinnamon To taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Baking Dish
Generously coat the inside of your baking pan (either 8″×8″ or 9″×13″) with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Layer the Pie Filling
Spread the canned pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Choose your favorite flavor — cherry, apple, peach, or blueberry all work beautifully.
Step 3: Add the Cake Mix
Evenly sprinkle the dry Golden Yellow Cake Mix over the fruit layer. Use the mix as-is — no need to add eggs, milk, or oil.
Step 4: Add Butter Pats
