Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

2 medium apples, peeled and chopped (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work best)

Optional Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:
Prep the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a 9-inch round or square baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Make the Batter
